Shotwell, Inc., a Delaware corporation ("Shotwell", "we", "us"), provides annotation and data-quality services for robotics data. This policy covers the shotwell.ai website. Our labeling platform presents its own privacy notice and agreements inside the platform.
Customer content. Videos, sensor data, and related material that our customers give us to label are processed on those customers' behalf and are governed by our agreements with them, not by this policy. Questions about that content belong with the customer that collected it.
2. Information we collect
- Usage information. How the website is used, including pages viewed, timing information, IP address, and browser type.
- Communications. Messages you send us, such as through our contact form or by email.
3. How we use information
We use information to provide, operate, secure, and improve the website; to communicate with you; to analyze usage of our website; and to comply with law. We do not use your personal information for third-party advertising.
4. How we share information
- Service providers. Vendors that process data on our behalf and under our instructions, such as cloud hosting, analytics, and communications tools.
- Legal and safety. When required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of Shotwell, our users, or others.
- Business transfers. As part of a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to this policy.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Our website uses Google Analytics, which sets cookies to help us understand site traffic. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

We are based in the United States and process and store data there.

We keep information for as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, including legal, security, and record-keeping needs. After that, we delete or de-identify it.

The website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
